Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Product Manager and the squad to ensure the technical design is aligned to the initiative goal and objectives.
  • Ensure the development team is set up for success, with the right information, technical user stories, & tech designs. Unblocking them to ensure they can deliver on their goals.
  • Define, propose and evolve appropriate solution options based on the business needs, current state and target state
  • Take ownership of solution design and verifying post-implementation.
  • Proactively recommend changes to improve our products as technology evolves and ensuring that the solution is aligned with business metrics.

Experience

  • More than 8 years of experience working as a Tech Analyst on SaaS products, BPM and Digital Automation platforms such as Pega.
  • Strong knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture patterns including SOAP and REST based implementation patterns
  • Knowledge of AI/ML, RPA
  • Build, negotiate, and handle complex initiatives to prevent or eliminate friction in our products.
  • Great with data (both qualitative and quantitative) and loves turning insights into actions.
  • A strong communicator – can speak the language of engineering, data, design, operations and can coordinate cross-functionally with each to achieve big wins.
  • A love for solving customer problems and designing tech solution for initiatives.
  • Understand the importance of MVP and the balance between, speed and quality
  • Build, negotiate, and handle complex initiatives to prevent or eliminate friction in our products.
  • Degree in software engineering/IT or equivalent experience
